Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Details
Order Processing Times:
- Weekdays: Orders with Standard Shipping placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are typically processed within 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. Custom orders, including Custom items, may take 2-3 business days to process.
- Weekend Orders: Orders made over the weekend will start processing on the next business day. For orders placed before 12PM CST using Express or Overnight delivery, we strive to ship the same day. Orders made after this cutoff or over the weekend will ship the next business day. Please note, custom orders with express shipping might require one additional day for processing.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Ground Shipping: Complimentary on qualifying orders, arriving in 3-5 business days post-shipment. Note: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico do not qualify for free shipping.
- Two-Day Shipping: Delivers in 2 business days after shipment.
- Overnight Shipping: Arrives on the next business day after shipment.
Additional Information:
- Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Fragrance products can only be shipped via Ground Shipping and are not eligible for expedited shipping options or international delivery.
- International Orders: Shipping costs, including taxes and duties, are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Most countries will not require additional fees at the time of delivery. Fragrance products are excluded from international shipping.
Specific Conditions
Custom Orders:
- All purchases are considered final and cannot be returned. These items will be shipped within 2-3 business days upon order processing completion.
Fine Jewelry:
- Shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx to ensure the security and prompt delivery of your precious items.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO):
- Shipments to military addresses are handled via UPS Surepost, DHL, or FedEx, with delivery times extending up to 45 business days due to military processing. Currently, ground shipping is not available to these addresses.
Multiple Shipping Addresses:
- We are unable to accommodate multiple shipping addresses within a single order at this time.
P.O. Boxes:
- Due to our use of UPS, DHL, or FedEx for shipping, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking Your Order:
- Stay updated on your order’s status through the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email, or by accessing the “Check Order” section on our website.
